Rio started out well in the show ring by winning all her classes, then disaster struck and she hurt herself, she never recovered in time to get back into the show ring and then spent her days as a couch potato and Hoover, which she was very good at! She had the most adorable temperament, which she has fortunately passed on to her offspring.
Rio then went to live with Sue and was spoilt beyond recognition; she went everywhere with Sue. At the local dog training classes, where Sue helps out, she worked towards her Kennel Club Good Citizen Awards.
Rio attained both her Bronze and Silver, she also taught her some dance moves for heelwork to music, so who says, " You can't teach an old dog new tricks".
Rio was later awarded her GOLD award too!!, Well done to both of you.
Sadly Rio is no longer with us, but Sue now has Tracker to spoil instead!!
